Hosted VoIP - Auto Attendant for a Home Business
A well-designed Hosted PBX system can offer a lot to home business, including making your business look bigger with the help of Auto Attendant.
Many people may not realise this, but Hosted VoIP can run throughout a number of different home offices with the ability to transfer calls among the different homes for free. Auto Attendant is the feature you encounter when calling large businesses that are experiencing a high volume of callers. An automated voice will list numbers associated with a certain service (e.g. "Press 1 for troubleshooting"). You could set up Auto Attendant to direct callers as follows: "Press 1 for sales. Press 2 for accounts. Press 3 for customer service."
