The Australian Communications and Media Authority released it's long awaited report into service levels across the telecommunications industry last week. It offered no real surprises. As landlines, mobile phones and internet dominate most of our lives these days, it is pretty safe to assume that most of us have experienced the good and the bad with regard to service levels and communication levels of an industry that is about just that - communicating.
